Then, I tried to do the same after letting it charge for a long time. This time it gave me less than 5 seconds in safe mode. Solution: There are several factors that can cause your phone to constantly reboot. This can either be caused by a software glitch or by some faulty hardware component. The troubleshooting steps that we are about to perform is designed to eliminate the possibility of this being caused by a software glitch.

The first thing you should do is to make sure that the battery of the phone has sufficient charge. Connect the phone to its wall charger then let it charge until it has reached full capacity. Do a forced restart on the phone. To do this just press and hold the Power button for about 10 to 20 seconds or until it power cycles. In case the issue still persists then the next step is to check if the problem occurs when the phone is started in Safe Mode.
Does the problem occur in this mode? Find out what app this is and uninstall it. Wiping the cache partition of the phone will eliminate any corrupt temporary files and data that could be causing the problem.
